I'm a first time flower buyer online, and let me tell you i will never do that again. I was just trying to give my grandmother a surprise for her birthday and i had a hell of time the whole day. I chose the 19.99 flowers, which ended up costing 33.93, and they called me about an hour after i had placed my order and paid and wanted 5 mor dollars, i was going to cancel my order but they said they could try and make it work. I called a few hrs later to check the progress or if i needed to cancel my order and they said they were going to do it for that price and that the delivery was going out, note that was about 2 pm. at around 4 i messaged my grandmother to see if she had recieved anything, not wanted to ruin the surprise completely, her reply was no. I called again and they had told me that they did the bouque and that they were on the truck. I got home around 5:30pm and still no flowers. We went to dinner at 7, no flowers, finally returning around 8pm and there they were, but with a further look they were the crappiest flower arrangement i'd seen done by a "professional shop" i could have got off work and stopped at a hy-vee to get a better bouque. And then the next day i called to get a refund and explain that they were not worth 33 dollars and all they could do was take my name and number to have someone call me back, well it's been another 24 hrs and i called again this morning and again all they could tell me was that they could take my number and have someone call me back...i will never buy flowers via the internet again, or use this site or recommend it in anyway.
