    I will NEVER AGAIN use goflowers.net. I paid good money to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday. My mother sends me a picture of the supposed arrangement you had delivered and it isn't anything like the picture. http://www.goflowers.net/review/product/list/id/466/category/39/ Yes, it has lavender roses and some greens but it's missing the white flowers and more greens as well as the aesthetics of the arrangement.     My flower order is 00717082, and I placed my order on 7/23/2013 at 3:40pm Eastern Standard time. Please see the email below. Two minutes after I received this email.     I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day. On the night of Mother's Day I opened an email from GoFlorist.com that said they could not deliver the flowers on the holiday and would do it the next available delivery date. They did not deliver them until Tuesday! No apology, no call to my mom.     Went online to order my wife flowers on Thursday May 9th, to be delivered between 9am and 5pm the following day. My credit card was charged and processed and conformation was sent via e-mail.     I ordered flowers for my falther-in-law who was in the hospital (in another state). My confirmation receipt said $63.93. But they charged my card $75.53. When I called to address the issue, their excuse is that I apparently agreed to a different arrangement if the one I selected was not available.     I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 7th for my daughters birthday. It is now March 10 and she still has no flowers. Go Florist has called me everyday to tell me why they did not deliver the flowers on time. What a rip off. I am out $59.00 and my daughter did not receive a birthday present from me.     I ordered an item that was advertised on the front page of newyork-cityflowers.com which was unknowingly processed through goflorist.com. Had I seen these reviews before, I would have saved myself the headache. I received the wrong flower arrangement last week and called the goflorist.com customer service line to inform them at approx 2 pm.     I am so disappointed! I asked the lady when I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered at her work if the picture on the website was what she would be getting, the lady said yes! My mom sent me a picture of it and it looked NOTHING like what I ordered, the only similarity it had was it had lavender roses and a lavender vase it was lacking professional touch!     This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for same day delivery at 9 am. by noon I had heard nothing so I called back. The really funny thing is that the introductory message on the customer service line brags about their service and their commitment to their customers. The customer service agent I spoke to (all three times that I called) was a third party agency who had no access to any of the orders or my information.     I should have read the reviews first! I had a horrible experience with them. They don't deliver your flowers, don't offer to try to deliver your flowers, and don't care if you write a bad review. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with this company.     Flowers were not delivered on te day they were promised. Phone calls not returned. Fianlly spoke with FRANK who said it was not worth his time to return calls. Would not refund my money said " I am not Chinese or Indian, I can't work for $1.25 a day-NO REFUND". He also went on to say " no one reads online review about the company so he does not care".     I ordered online a funeral basket to be delivered on Sunday, ordering it on Saturday. Nothing shows up on Sunday. I call and get a 24 hour service that cannot help me. They advise they will have someone call me in the am. By 1pm, no calls back. I call them back and they say 'oh we are closed on the weekend', that is not what the website says. I'm a first time flower buyer online, and let me tell you i will never do that again. I was just trying to give my grandmother a surprise for her birthday and i had a hell of time the whole day. I chose the 19.99 flowers, which ended up costing 33.93, and they called me about an hour after i had placed my order and paid and wanted 5 mor dollars, i was going to cancel my order but they said they could try and make it work. I called a few hrs later to check the progress or if i needed to cancel my order and they said they were going to do it for that price and that the delivery was going out, note that was about 2 pm. at around 4 i messaged my grandmother to see if she had recieved anything, not wanted to ruin the surprise completely, her reply was no. I called again and they had told me that they did the bouque and that they were on the truck. I got home around 5:30pm and still no flowers. We went to dinner at 7, no flowers, finally returning around 8pm and there they were, but with a further look they were the crappiest flower arrangement i'd seen done by a "professional shop" i could have got off work and stopped at a hy-vee to get a better bouque. And then the next day i called to get a refund and explain that they were not worth 33 dollars and all they could do was take my name and number to have someone call me back, well it's been another 24 hrs and i called again this morning and again all they could tell me was that they could take my number and have someone call me back...i will never buy flowers via the internet again, or use this site or recommend it in anyway.

I ordered mothers day flowers for delivery of May 12,2013. The ad stated delivery and confirmation of price. The flowers were not deliverd on mothers day and the price quoted was not the same. it was much higher and was debited from my account. After numerous calls regarding the flowers not being delivered on sunday and no call backs I was very upset. Finally by Tuesday the flowers where delivered and a call from John came and he apologized for any inconvenience. He also gave me a discount on service fee and delivery. The price was lower than original confirmation. I was completely satisfied and will wait for the processing of discount price on my account. I will use them again. Thank you John.

This company seems fictional. I am disappointed that the features of your product and service are far away from reality and its price is abusive. I do'nt coming back to buy flowers online.

HORRIBLE RIP OFF
I ordered flowers for my sister who had open heart surgery on the 21st of Feb. I was never sent a confirmation notice via e-mail as promised and was never told the price of the flowers. My brother in law sent a picture of the flowers delivered and I was absolutely horrified by what I saw. Not only didn't it look at all like the picture on the website it looked as if someone had picked up some flowers off the floor and had thrown them into a small cheap vase. I tried to call several times but received the same poor customer service that everyone else is receiving. I think this company is a scam and is somehow illegal. Otherwise I can't explain the way they do business.

I wish I had read all the complaints before I used Goflorist.com. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my daughter for a Sunday delivery and was told they would be able to do it. It is now 2:30 PM and no delivery yet. My daughter is going out of town tomorrow, so they must be delivered today. After making 3 calls to the 800 number, I was told they have to send a msg to their home office to have someone call me regarding my order. It has been hours since they sent the first msg, and I've yet to get a call back. I requested to just cancel my order, but was told that the rep I was talking to can't do it and that they also have to send a msg to their main office. I've been a customer service rep for many yeras and this "company" has THE WORST service I've ever encountered. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

ordered flowers for my daughter as a little encouragement for a tough course completed well. I picked GoFlowers.com because they advertised a bouquet for $18.99 with $11.99 delivery for the florists choice of flowers for a total of $30.98. They next day I was charged $45.99 for an upgrade. The website said that 95% of the time they can deliver for the price on my receipt. I was that unfortunate 5%! For an extra $15 I would have liked a phone call to pick something out. They sent all pink which is not what I would have chosen at all. A phone call would have changed this review entirely. I feel totally taken advantage of and was over charged. Customer service could not have cared less. Said it is in their disclaimer. Order with FTD or ProFlowers. Will NEVER use them again!

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. It about 5 mins or so to get out of hold and talk to someone. The order taker gave me a couple of examples of what to send, but I still went with my gut and went with roses. It was a little bit more than what I wanted to spend but my mom loved it so I got over the price. I would use the service again since they called me and said I get a repeat customer discount.
