I ordered mothers day flowers for delivery of May 12,2013. The ad stated delivery and confirmation of price. The flowers were not deliverd on mothers day and the price quoted was not the same. it was much higher and was debited from my account. After numerous calls regarding the flowers not being delivered on sunday and no call backs I was very upset. Finally by Tuesday the flowers where delivered and a call from John came and he apologized for any inconvenience. He also gave me a discount on service fee and delivery. The price was lower than original confirmation. I was completely satisfied and will wait for the processing of discount price on my account. I will use them again. Thank you John.
