I wish I had read all the complaints before I used Goflorist.com . I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my daughter for a Sunday delivery and was told they would be able to do it. It is now 2:30 PM and no delivery yet. My daughter is going out of town tomorrow, so they must be delivered today. After making 3 calls to the 800 number, I was told they have to send a msg to their home office to have someone call me regarding my order. It has been hours since they sent the first msg, and I've yet to get a call back. I requested to just cancel my order, but was told that the rep I was talking to can't do it and that they also have to send a msg to their main office. I've been a customer service rep for many yeras and this "company" has THE WORST service I've ever encountered. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
